Processing and Delivery Time
Processing time is indicated on the product page and can vary from item to item. Once processed the delivery time can take anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on where you are located in Canada. (Please note our warehouse is only open from Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM.) Orders placed over the weekends will only be processed on Monday or Tuesday.
- The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order.
- Please allow up to 2 business days to process and pack your order.
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Delivery times shown below are based upon normal business volume. You may choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery. Not all delivery methods are available to all areas.
P.O. Boxes and Rural Areas
Most orders will be shipped by UPS or FedEx, but deliveries to P.O. boxes and most rural areas will go through Canada Post. For more information, please reach out to our customer care team at [email protected]
Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time.
Out of Stock Items
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled.
Order Cancellation and Changes
We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us.
When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
